I discovered Brene Brown – but I am not sure how – but my life will never be the same. You may have noticed that Brene Brown is one of the ‘links I like” over there on the right hand side of the blog. . . and you may have not – but there she is.
So here is a Ted talk that I really love by her. I am not sure how many times I have listened to this – but every time I listen to it, I learn something new – and I chuckle every time too. My favorite is the story about “how to get off the flight, but how to NOT get on the no fly list!”
and a great quote to listen for is . . . “We stay so busy that the truth of our lives can’t catch up. . . “
